Touring Cars, a service chain of motorhome holidays has operated in the Nordic countries for over 40 years, is now looking for self-initiated, diligent, liable young employees with fluent English language skills to work as a customer service representative in various locations.
Job description - Customer service
Summer employees play an important role in implementing a high-quality service experience as well as enabling a Good Feelings memories for both domestic and international customers during the peak travel season. Your work will be versatile, hectic at times and it requires initiative approach, positive mindset and a constant focus to provide a premium service and to prepare a customized accommodation on wheels ready for travelers.
Your main responsibility areas will be serving our customers at a vehicle pick up and drop off situations but you will also take care of customers' airport transfers. Additionally, your help is needed on vehicle preparation services to finalize a camper for a departure according to the customer's wishes but also to carry out vehicle condition inspection when vehicle has been returned to a station.
Local rental stations serve our customers at vehicle pick up and drop off services with flexible operating hours from Monday to Sunday which means your working hours will vary daily.
Working will be varied and versatile but also relatively demanding. You will learn a lot of different skills which are very useful later in your working career. However, don't be afraid of new challenge. You will be well introduced to your responsibilities thoroughly and our local team will help you succeed in your tasks.
Expectations of summer employee candidates
- Positive attitude and a brisk approach to work
- Competence to work under a pressure
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic skills with computers
- Preferably at least 20 years of age
- B driver's license
- Fluent English, other language skills (such as German) is an advantage
- Local station might also required fluent local language skill to serve domestic customers
- Earlier experience in customer service functions are seen as an advantage
Summer employees are needed from May to September, depending on a rental station. We will provide you a temporary working contract with mutually agreed terms on working period and salary.
